Steven Yong....

Mas Kobayashi is a part time English pastor since Aug. 2012. He was saved through the ministry of a missionary in Japan in his youth and came to Canada to study the Bible. 8 years of formal theological study equipped him to teach and preach the Word of God expository explaining the meaning of the text verse by verse.
He has a wealth of ministry experience: Preaching, Sunday School teaching, church growth ministry, men’s ministry, youth ministry, music ministry and numerous short term mission to Japan. His desire is to let the Christ shine in the life of believers. His favorite verse is Col. 1: 28, 29, “We proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ. For this purpose also I labor, striving according to His power, which mightily works within me.” This is his desire which is demonstrated in his sermon to make listening believers to know Jesus better than they ever did before. He is a father of two grown up children and a husband of one wife.
